This class can perform basic file manipulation operations.

It takes the path of a a given file and can perform several types of operations. Currently it can:

- Change the file storing a given string, or appending or prepending a string
- Check if a file exists, get its modification time, get the age since last modification
- Display the file contents
- Delete the file
