This class can obfuscate text strings using base64 encoding.

It takes a given text string and encode it using base64 and returns it in the middle of two other base64 encoded prefixes and suffixes.

The class can also do the opposite, decoded a previously base64 encoded string after removing the encoded suffix and prefix strings.
