This class can record and show user ratings stored in files.

It can display a form to let the user rate content or other type of subject.

The rating points may go up to a configurable values which defaults to 5.

The class can record in text files the ratings that the users give.

It can also retrieve the previously rated values and display a image that represents the average of all user ratings.
